Can anyone confirm if you are able to put him in Welcome to Evolutions and then into Founders to make him an 82 with a +3 overall? Or can you only do one or the other. I am reading you can only submit gold rares into the Founders evolution and not special cards which is what is 80 would be after the welcome upgrade. Anyone that's tried please let me know
