Guys I play a 3-back with 1 tall and 1 short CB so do I complete him and use 2 short CBs or does height matter and I should go for Rijkaard instead?

for me he is a beast 1v1s, however he lacks speed in recovery runs against wingers and strikers and just lacks hight, even with aerial+ he is winning no header for me. if you already have 1 short cb in your 3 back i would go for rijkaard (because he also gives you the option to get him in your midfield if you need to switch to a 4-back line) or disasi (because of speed and physicality).
