Why my team play like they want me to get sacked? Whats wrong with this game I have10/10 connection yet cards worth milions play like fodder. I tried all formation and tactics yet my players stand still and do nothing. How can I fix?

NO CAPS LOCK. IF YOU WRITE IN CAPS LOCK IT LOOKS LIKE YOU ARE RAISING YOUR VOICE. We can hear you just fine without caps lock, so please take it off when writing your comments.
