I been saving up coins every week to buy him but he keeps rising the same amount of coins I make this is so frustrating

As soon as you have the coins, just buy him. It's so much fun to play him, so what if you lose coins? If you wait 2 months, sure he will be cheaper, but it's also 2 whole months that you could've enjoyed this beautiful player.
