Just completed crazy how much time they gave her sbc feels unfair for me to do it so late when +3 is locked

If the previous week's sbc was something cheaper than Werner then yeah it should have had a shorter time to be completed but IMO they got it right because generating 1 mil of fodder in 3 weeks isn't easy unless you live on the game.
