2 things that i swear i heard were in the game in september but aren't actually in the game. I thought they said dynamics would be able to go outside the card and also i though a gold card and a special card of the same player would both be in packs at the same time. am i just stupid?

Not true. There have been other times when 2 special cards of the same player were in packs at the same time (Kane having his TOTY nominee and TOTW a few days ago for example).

It was never said that the non-special card would still be in packs, that was rumours from the community.
