For anyone wondering if they should complete him, here's my take: I instantly did, because he's just what I needed (French icon, defensive midfield) and I really liked his 88 card, it just was a bit outdated. So far I played 10 games in Div 1 and Elite and he has been sensational in every single one of them. He's the middle CM in a 4-3-2-1 that turns into a 4-4-2 defensively on Stay Back and Cover Center. Holds the position really well, wins a lot of contested balls and his passing was surprisingly good. Only downside to him: don't expect anything to crazy going forward when he has the ball. For me he is a 10/10, if you usually play someone like Gullit, he's probably a 8 or 9 / 10. But for the price, you should definitely complete.
