Special cards are gonna cheap because of the 85+ pack supply. this card last year would've been 3 mill + if not more.

I agree on the 3m+ last year but I am missing something in your explanation, why is there an important 85+ pack supply (more so than last year at this time) and why does it matter to a special card of that quality?
