That's not true, after the match the players of Legia were asked to stay in the locker room for a bit longer than usual so the Legia fans could leave the stadium. Legia players didn't wanted to and especially Josue and Pankov mistreated some staff of AZ very bad. Also the president hit some people from the staff. That's why they were arrested. Before the match the Legia fans were also asked to come to Den Hague and from there take the supporters bus to Alkmaar, but they didn't listen and just drove to Alkmaar themselves, a lot of people came to Alkmaar that night and used violence against the mobile unit. They did this because some people didn't had tickets and some even stole weapons from the mobile unit to finally get in the stadium. About the people who live in Alkmaar I don't have enough information yet but the top half of your story is not entirely true
