hi guys I know a few friends who struggle with gaining weight and there maybe people who struggle with it on futbin I used to struggle with it to but the way I gained weight is have a big meal and eat it slow because if u eat it fast you will feel full quicker so I recommend out there just to eat ur food slower:thumbsup:
