i packed him untreadable and i was so lucky. i feel that he is good and he finishes for me many goals but i know that he could finish more and more of this

please someone tell me how can i use him better? i put instruction stay forward, stay central and get behind i try to do many crosses but often he is outstide of the box and he can't catch the ball
