i commented few days ago on how i think he feels so slow sometimes. someone recommended me to slap sniper to make him controlled lengthy and he's now much much better for me. not only i think he's quicker, his shooting is actually far more insane than he already is. honestly, i haven't noticed the low balance when not using engine on him, but the difference in his acceleration and shooting is so significant. put sniper on him guys.
