Please dont take this in a racist way but you cant contact ea help because there are working indians which have never played anything besides PUBG mobile and they wont help you. They will only send some template texts. I guess EA did the Same with people who Are working on the Game. There are Cheap workers but the mistakes are way to much

Do not advertise or link to third party websites. We want to ensure that the promotion of any third party websites is endorsed by us, so please ensure that you do not include links in your content.
NO CAPS LOCK. IF YOU WRITE IN CAPS LOCK IT LOOKS LIKE YOU ARE RAISING YOUR VOICE. We can hear you just fine without caps lock, so please take it off when writing your comments.
