I love women, i am just talking about the game. Their level should be maximum bronze level, if the game is based a bit on reality. Bronze if we have mixed teams. If there was a "woman mode", then it is ok to be icon, heroes, etc. But compared to men, women are slow, much lower strength and...not that good. This thing with mixed teams is EA bulls..t.

Search on google: Wrexham vs US women national team. The difference is huge, and in game Wrexham has bronze players :)).
