What do you say? Because of international reputation? That's not how RPP works. The rating of the card doesn't say anything about the stats. That's what RPP does. It measures key stats in aria's important for a specific position. If you boost them with a chemistry style they go up. So EA gave this card better stats then the rating. That's what it means.
