For everyone questioning the upgrade, look at the tracker yourself.. it literally shows him getting an upgrade lol my only question is : is it plus 2 now and then plus 1 if he qualifies ? i had the impression that 85s and lower get a larger boost...Best! (link below for track on futbin)
