He will 100% not get a promo card until probably February or something, EA will never risk upsetting literally the whole community that did him. Also, if you look at the requirements, it almost looks like they built the EVO for him specifically and Tchouameni, Tchouameni is more likely to get promo cards than him. I mean just look at them: Max rating 84, on the dot. Max pace 89, on the dot. Max shooting 81, he has 78 etc etc. It's like instead of releasing an SBC with some people sinking coins for fodder, while others will already have fodder, EA would rather have you sink coins directly ..
