I tried him in squad builder and am wondering, why he has just got 1 chem. I am playing tomori and walker. Is this card different in point of chemistry?

I am playing Xavi and just got Rodri next to him (1 spanish player) and he has full chem. Why is rooney just having 1 chem? :O
