to the people who understand the market.. i am tempted to buy him but I'm not sure whether before or after the upgrade? do you think he'll drop after the upgrade because traders will be selling since he'll be no longer live?

Traders think that because it's not live due to max upgrade, then it's dead. Traders don't play the game, whoever has bought lewa doesn't sell him. All you see listed on the market are from "investors" or people who think he will drop and will be forced to pay extra 50-100K to buy him back.
