So I tried all the best CB's and this is my opinion, div 2, 1 and elite. Nr1 is lucio, his tackle animations are just so good. He always wins the ball, nr2 is vvd obviously he is great, nr3 is rio ferdinand which I use last 2 weeks and he is also very good, the only down side is his work rate which is visible mid/mid. Also he is not the same fast like lucio. But his playstyle is great , could be better with mid/high. After that I would take desailly over militao and kounde. I hope I help, have a nice day
