Its Ultimate Team. We`ve never complained when a random player from the Championship suddenly got a 90 rated card out of nowhere so why not just take the change for what it is. Added variation and maybe more fun. Maybe some of these players are fun and cheap. Your playing with fictional pixels on a screen in the end
