Score from outside the box is WAY easier that score inside the box. Trivelas and Finesses are broken since last year. About report, look at the latest matches using L2 on the menus. Get his nickname. From there you can report. But if the problem was only about a person being sh*t disconnecting before you score, your report surely won't go anywhere.
