he is still better than most of icons including Vidic, also an SBC Vidic and all them Hierros, Koemans, etc. You need to go at least Blanc to upgrade, Desailly I used and I have doubts if he's better at all, imho opinion not, VVD? VVD in some aspects is better but he is missing out on anticipate+ a lot, for me they are pretty much equal. You can easily play Varane + Blanc in teams worth 10mil+ and they will provide quality every single game. Comparing to for example 86 Hincapie who has mad pace etc. Varane is so so so much better ...
