If you looking closely, it is a +0,5 upgrade compared to the IF... He really needs pace. He got +1 pace +1 shooting +1 passing. Everthing else is same and OK (Dribble, DEF, PHY)

So for me it is a +1 even if I totally agree other frustration.

Don't gloss over, it's his third 89 rated special card, barely better than even his gold. It wouldn't kill EA if they released a 90 or 4star WF
