Yesterday I played a guy which was using R1 one touching passing. It was so quick that my defenders looked like cones. Then I tried in squad battles with my top squads and most on my players could not control the ball.

Was he hacking or I don't know how to do tiki takka with R1 pass?

Probably not hacking. You need to think like 2-3 passes ahead and it becomes really easy to do tiki taka
