hello guys, geniune question here. why many strikers' suggested chem is engine?

in my opinion shooting is more important if its around 90. why this osim is suggested engine not hunter or hawk primaryly?

I use hawk, people care so much about the dribbling but when he's this fast and amazing shooting it doesn't matter, also his default dribbling is good enough for a goal scorer
