No way that stats round up to 92 rated card. Looks very identical to 87 dele Alli card

Also the high rating is about International Reputation. There is the 83 argentinian cdm from Betis Sevilla with similar stats to Rodri 89. But Roddri has a way higher Reputation and City won the CL, thats why he is higher ingame. The rating is not about the stats but about popularity and how well they played in the past. Zidane is a 94 because he is one of the most recognized players of the last 25-30 years. And the 92 is just because it is a downgrade to the 94 but to still have a hefty price
