is it just me or is he bang average probably just a skill issue right?

It's a skill and tactical issue. I don't know how to put it but I bought this game last month during Black Friday, been fortunate enough that I managed to pack insane players in a short amount of time including him Gullit, Del Pierro, Drogba and Garrincha in terms of Icons. I genuinely thought all of them (bar Del Pierro who is the club legend atm leading in assists and goals) were average until this past weekend league where I've made tactical changes and properly set instructions etc for every player. NOW!? "I'm sorry Jairzinho, I wasn't familiar with your game".
