Why is this card half the price of hit TOTW card? Although it got better stats? Am i missing something here?

Its because people mainly use TOTW to put in SBC and hummels cards in general. So this card is the price of 88 Fooder and his inform fit IF requirements. so he cost what 86 TOTW cost.
