There are two rules in this game. Rule 1: If you are better than script + opponent's ability, then you will win, otherwise its almost impossible. Rule 2: All these attributes of a player is relative. Performance of a player changes from one game to another. And the main control is under Fifa. They might reduce the ability any time if they think likewise. Keeping these two in mind, go ahead. Play this game, enjoy it. Few things you can't control so better not think about those. Don't take anything in ego, otherwise you might face mental problem since you are investing your time!

Adding on, cards perform relative to their team. Upgrade a couple of players and a card that was your team hero suddenly starts selling. It's impossible to have a starting 11 of all consistent, good players.
