here is the ONLY ways to defend.

1.Use Jockey (L1 PS OR LT XBOX)

jockey helps you to track you're opponents dribbling

But if you wanna do jockey faster then do (L2+R2 PS OR LT+RT XBOX) it makes you're

jockey fast. if you want better jockeying than use kounde Or Zubeldia

2. Don't drag your CB's

sure you can have vvd and blanc to save you're defense but this is important.

Being Patient is IMPORTANT in this game. just don't touch your cb.

3. Use players that has the anticipate playstyle

You may ask what is anticipate play style Anticipate +playstyle is broken. but yeah thats how to defend.

I like to use second man press in positions such as defending cut back crosses or when trying to put pressure on players that are wide and try to cut them off or force a mistake. Also trying my best to manually block passing lanes and using right stick to switch to mark a opponent player that I think he might pass it to has helped me this year
