Is it glitching when it comes to starting TOTY for you guys too?

Apparently it's due to the fact that he gained the cdm position in patrick who and when trying to use it in toty visionary which requires a cdm it bugs out because the base card does not have that position. People have been complaining about this bug for months now. Doesn't seem to have been fixed at all.
