I'm so bad at champs I can't defend at all. I haven't been good since FIFA 19. how do you guys defend ppl that dribble around like hamsters in the box

One thing I can tell ppl abuses ai a lot. Like for example. When charging towards someone, ppl switch off their defender and uses 2nd man press on the same player and immediately switch to that player.. I think I I didn’t explain well dude.. but it’s all about abusing ai, right stick switching, anticipating what skill move the opponent gonna pull off
