I also had issues finding the best usage for him. I have found the most success in a 4-2-3-1 as the cover center stay back while attack midfielder. I pair him next to Jude and they are crazy together. He still gets forward time to time and when he does it's almost a guaranteed goal from either him scoring or assisting.
