You would not think so looking at his stats, but he is close to prime Kante with Evo, so quick and always there, tackling like a pitbull on steroids, Intercept+ with his body/moveset and AI is broken, by far best CDM I have used.

Everyone bragging that they managed to do him with fodder. That's the point of an SBC! The thing is that the fodder you use on a very small upgrade is lost for when you will need it in a truly W SBC. Now it's EA so there might not be one soon, but you could wish you had the fodder you used for this card now. It's not free just because you didn't use coins

He is very good as CDM, similar type of player to Evo Kante, similarly his only weaknesses are the lack of strength and weak shooting, but his other stats and playstyles make him an elite CDM for the price of the SBC. Just don't waste him on RB, there are much better options there.

4231 would be the meta formation, one CDM in stay behind, the other balanced. Have someone like Kante Evo to track back and defend in front of the first line of defense, cut passing lanes and pray the ball doesn't go through.

Ballack is an attacking CM, Lahm is a pure CDM

Incredible finisher (Hawk), bullies opponents with his strength. Obviously you'll not outrun defenders in a 50m sprint, but he's great at opening a play and finishing it, Varane's are repelling off him. Scored 17 (+4A) for me in my 10 Champions qualification matches. Considering that his value is not going to drop much, this is a great investment.

same happened to me like a year or two ago, was about to stop playing and then got two TOTY players and an Icon within the same day. It's like they have an alarm in Vancouver that sets off when they sense someone will stop playing so they pull them back in just to disappoint you further.

A lot of coping in these comments, she is a good defender but the lack of pace means she is unusable if you face any team with fast strikers. Not meta and unfortunately there are a lot of worse defenders that will do a much better job than her because of this.
