stamina draining fast is only really a problem if you actively use pressing tactics or those D-pad tactics in game such as team press etc. Spamming tackles also drains stamina, so basically press less and don't do unnecessary tackles. apart from that, look for relentless/+ playstyles because they're honestly quite a joke with how effective they are, hope this helps
