complete level 1 but don't claim level 1, leave it alone after doing the first level. we won't be getting cdm alt position or anything cause we're not touching level two, it's just for an extra little boost to claim near the end.

because if you claim level one, that +2 makes him ineligible for fast forward. but if you wait, you can take the +2 later so you can have the maximum boost

fast forward has to be started in 10 days, but expires in 17 days. you can't put the 77 into toty visionary, because toty visionary must be unlocked in 17 days as well, and you can only start it with the 77 if fast forward is expired. fast forward will expire the exact time as you have to start visionary, there's no time in between unfortunately

before the "pump and dump" allegations, the CDM evo has been leaked by @ FutPoliceLeaks on twitter, one of the few reliable for evo leaking. this is purely to share my research, i only bought one card for 700 coins for myself. as long as the leaked evo is correct and EA don't patch the exploit people have been using, then I WILL BE THERE.

Also he'll have MAXED OUT short passing, long passing, reactions, composure, strength, so the 82 passing and 82 dribbling are deceptive. Fairly high agility/balance too. Not to mention 5 STAR weak foot. 6'4" tall. Anticipate+, also with Jockey, Slide tackle, and Bruiser playstyles.

Unfortunately, then we wait until Fast Forward expires (Feb 9th), so we can put the 77 into the leaked CDM evo. Then, complete new leaked toty CDM Evo (77->89). Then CLAIM Lvl 4 of Fast Forward, taking him from 89->96 with the above stats. Pray they don't patch the expired evo thing. Also PAS and DEF stats may be slightly different because the new evo boosts specific ingame stats instead of a general +10.
