I think it depends on your playstyle, I probably prefer Bompastor because of the relentless+ and her dribbling feels unreal, but Kai will probably be better for longer sprints wide and being more defensively solid when controlling him. Bompastor does more than enough for me on defense and interceptions because of the workrates.
