You can't do the full 99 shooting one cause then he'll have 9 playstyles. However, if you stop at level 2 in the 99 shooting evo and let it expire, you can put him in the cam evo to 90. So after you claim level 2, stop playing with him and wait until it expires. He'll have 99 shooting after both evos but not finesse+, instead he'll only have rapid+
