I literally refuse the cut back goal 99% of the time. It's easy to handle against average players but when they are good and still cut back it's awful. Plus, if you are good, why do you do it?!

I've purposely not scored a byline cutback all game. Changed my team name to "no cut backs". I'm div 2 but admittedly struggling to get into div 1 as the sweat is real in div 2 rivals. Forced myself to play good varied football instead of spamming the wings, the cutbacks, trivela/finesse etc. game is challenging but more fun than just being robotic mechanic abuser

First weekend league I've played in 3 weeks. Used her for the first time and I got 15 wins. I'm only div 3 because I don't play enough to care what div I'm in. I play for fun and play passing style football, I refuse to spam wings, refuse cut back goals and very rarely use chip through ball. Scott was excellent all weekend and even got forward well when triggered despite being on stay back

You can still have a skill gap by being better at pass and move and playing actual football. Being better at spamming skills or better at constantly running down the wing is where the game is broken. I blame the YouTubers and the thousands that watch that to emulate them and abuse mechanics

Just finished him thanks to the 84X5 packs. He finishes everything if he has space, even without timing shots, finesse or power. But it's hard to get him space as he doesn't feel as responsive. Mbappe still clear by a mile in my experience

Do you understand what mechanics are? Literally things in the game that make the game work. For example 71 depth, drop back counter, etc. they need to make a balanced game to stop that but itll never happen because it's a game and ea want it to be arcade style instead of a simulator. Although the ai defending this year is an absolute joke too
