Except for elite div, rivals dont exactly test your skills due to checkpoints and also you cant derank once you promote until season resets. Even then, right now you will only derank by 1 rank when season resets. So tbh if you grind rivals at some point you will be high rank. However for champs finals, you meet anyone who qualifies, so there can people of all skill ranges. And tbh 11 wins is above average ill say, so youre good
