What is Mystery Shirt x FUTBIN?
Mystery Shirt is a premium mystery box experience in official partnership with FUTBIN, one of the largest football platforms in the world. Each box contains an authentic football shirt from a real club or nation, a collectible club card with a certificate of authenticity, a 3-month FUTBIN Ad-Free code, and a shot at winning a hand-signed Messi or Ronaldo shirt through the golden box.
What comes in every box?
Four things, every time: a 100% official shirt with tags, a collectible club card that doubles as your certificate of authenticity, a code for 3 months of FUTBIN Ad-Free, and a shot at the golden box. One shirt in the run ships inside a golden box, and if it is yours, you win the hand-signed shirt of your chosen GOAT.
How does it work?
Pick a box, choose your size, and optionally customize with add-ons, the Surprise Level slider, or a blacklist of leagues, clubs, or colours you want to avoid. Our system randomly selects a shirt from your eligible pool. Every shirt is hand-inspected before it ships. You open your box and discover which one you got.
Are the shirts authentic?
Yes. Every shirt is hand-inspected before it leaves our warehouse: tags checked, stitching verified, authenticity confirmed. No fakes ever leave our facility, and every box includes a certificate of authenticity.

Boxes and Add-Ons
What boxes are available?
We offer five boxes. The European Box (€59) is an official shirt from a European club, any division and any country. The Champions Box (€69) is a club with recent Champions League pedigree, one that played in the Champions League group stage or league phase in at least one of the last three seasons. The Adventure Box (€55) is a club from outside Europe: South America, Asia, Africa, North America, and beyond. The Nations Box (€69) is an official national team shirt from any nation in the world. The Kids Box (€45) is an official shirt in children's sizes from any club worldwide.
Every shirt is brand new with tags, from the current season or up to three seasons back. You pick the size; we pick the club or nation and the season at random. The adult boxes run XS to 4XL, the Nations Box runs XS to 2XL, and the Kids Box uses European numeric sizes 92 to 176 (height in cm).
What add-ons can I choose?
Add-ons vary by box. On the European, Champions, and Adventure boxes you can add Current year kits only (+€10), Printing with name and number (+€10), or Long sleeves (+€15). The Nations Box has free filters to narrow the pool: a World Cup 2026 nation, a European nation, or a non-European nation (pick at most one). The Kids Box offers a National team shirt instead of a club shirt (+€10), Current year kits only (+€10), or Printing (+€10). Long sleeves are not available on the Kids Box.
What is the Surprise Level slider?
Most boxes include a Surprise Level slider that widens or narrows the pool, from the full random pool to a bias toward bigger leagues or top-tier clubs only. It is an easy way to shape your odds without picking a specific club.
Can I combine multiple add-ons?
Most add-ons stack, with a few exceptions. Printing and Long sleeves cannot be combined. On the Kids Box, the National team add-on cannot be combined with Current year or Printing. On the Nations Box the three nation filters are mutually exclusive, so you can pick at most one.
Choosing and Customizing Your Shirt
Can I choose which club I get?
No, the mystery is the heart of the experience. You cannot pick a specific club, but you can shape the pool with the Surprise Level slider and the blacklist.
How does the blacklist work?
When you build your box you can block up to three leagues, list any specific clubs or colours you never want to receive, and even enter a friend's order number so you do not end up with the same shirt as them. We filter the eligible pool against your choices before the random pick.
Is there a way to guarantee a specific team?
No. The random pick is fundamental to the product. You can narrow the pool significantly by combining the Surprise Level slider, add-ons, and the blacklist, but you cannot guarantee a single club.
The Golden Box Giveaway
What can I win?
Every pre-order is a shot at the golden box. One shirt in the run ships inside a golden box, placed at random across all pre-orders. If your shirt arrives in the golden box, you win a hand-signed shirt of your chosen GOAT, Messi or Ronaldo.
How do I enter the golden box giveaway?
Just pre-order any box (from €45) and choose your side, Messi or Ronaldo, when you order. There is no extra step and no extra cost.
How will I know if I have won?
You will see it the moment you open your box. If yours is the golden one, we will reach out to arrange delivery of your hand-signed shirt.
Is the shirt really hand-signed?
Yes. The prize is one genuine, hand-signed shirt of the legend you picked.
Shipping
Which countries do you ship to?
We currently ship across the European Union and the United Kingdom. We plan to expand to additional regions in the future.
How long does shipping take?
Orders placed before 17:00 CET on business days are typically dispatched the same day. Delivery usually takes 1–2 business days within the Netherlands and 3–7 business days across the rest of the EU and the UK.
Do you ship outside the EU and UK?
Not at this time. We are focused on delivering the best experience to EU and UK customers first, and plan to expand in the future.
How is my order tracked?
Every order is fully tracked. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
What if my package does not arrive?
Contact our support team and we will investigate immediately. If you added Shipping Protection and the package is confirmed lost in transit, we will replace your order or issue a full refund, at your choice.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Yes, as long as the shipping label has not yet been generated. Contact us as soon as possible with the new address.
Returns and Exchanges
Can I return my mystery shirt?
Yes, we offer a 100-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery. The shirt must be unworn, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging.
How do I start a return?
Contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number. We will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions. Ship the item back to our warehouse using the method of your choice. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
My shirt arrived damaged or defective.
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund at your choice. Return shipping for defective items is covered by us.
I received the wrong shirt or my add-on was not applied.
Contact us with your order number and a photo of what you received. We will correct the issue at no cost to you.
I did not like the team I received. Can I exchange it?
We understand the disappointment, but the random selection is the core of the mystery box experience. We cannot exchange a shirt because the team was unexpected. You are still covered by the 100-day money-back guarantee, and for future orders you can use the blacklist to exclude teams, leagues, or colours, or combine add-ons to narrow the eligible pool.
How long does a refund take?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional few days to appear in your account.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Klarna, and other standard payment methods available at checkout.
Are there FUTBIN member discounts?
Yes. FUTBIN members save automatically at checkout. During the early-bird pre-order you can also use code FUTBIN15 for 15% off any box.
How do multi-box discounts work?
Order more than one box and the discount applies automatically: 5% off two boxes and 10% off three boxes. The more boxes you order, the bigger the saving.

How do I track my order?
Click the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email, or log in to your account if you created one.
I did not receive my order confirmation email.
Check your spam or junk folder. If it is not there, contact us with the email address you used at checkout and we will resend it.
Can I change the details on my order after purchase?
Contact us as soon as possible. Changes may be possible depending on the order status and whether the shipping label has already been generated.
