These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and any purchase you make through it. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
2. The Product
Mystery Shirt x FUTBIN sells football shirt mystery boxes. Each box contains one authentic football jersey selected at random from our inventory pool, along with an info kit document and a gift code for FUTBIN Premium.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that the specific shirt you receive is randomly assigned and cannot be chosen, requested, or guaranteed in advance. You may use the blacklist feature at checkout to exclude teams, leagues, or colors from your selection pool. You may also apply available add-ons (such as highest division only, current season kits, printing, or long sleeves) to narrow the eligible pool, subject to the options available for your chosen box tier.
3. Accounts
You may create an account to purchase products. You are responsible for keeping your account details confidential and for all activity conducted through your account. All personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
4. Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product(s) at the price shown on the site, including any applicable shipping fees and taxes. We may accept or reject any order at our discretion and will notify you within a reasonable time if we need to reject your order. A binding agreement is formed once we accept your order and send you an order confirmation.
If you need to cancel or modify your order, contact us as soon as possible. Changes may be possible depending on the order status, but once your order has been packed or handed to the carrier, it can no longer be modified. It is your responsibility to verify all order details, including box tier, size, add-ons, blacklist, delivery address, and pricing, before submitting.
5. Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in EUR (or the local currency shown for your region) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary by destination. You must pay the full price at the time of purchase using one of the payment methods available on the site. Your use of third-party payment services may be subject to their own terms.
6. Delivery
We ship from our warehouse in the Netherlands. Orders placed on business days before 17:00 CET are typically dispatched the same day. Delivery estimates are shown at checkout and on the product page, but these are estimates only and not guaranteed. You will receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.

7. Returns and Refunds
We offer a 100-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the shirt must be unworn, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging.
To initiate a return, contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number. We will provide return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase are excluded unless they arrive defective or damaged. If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will arrange a free replacement or full refund at your choice.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Mystery Shirt x FUTBIN or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. The football jerseys sold are authentic, officially licensed products sourced from authorized suppliers.
9. User Content
If you post, upload, or submit content on or through the site (for example, reviews, photos, or social media tags), you grant us a worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, transferable, royalty-free license to use that content for marketing and promotional purposes. You are solely responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe third-party rights or violate any law.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, and subject to your statutory consumer rights, our total liability arising from or in connection with these Terms is limited to the price you paid for the specific product(s) that are the subject of the claim. Neither party will be liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11. Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms restricts or excludes your statutory consumer rights under applicable law, including the EU Consumer Rights Directive and any national consumer protection legislation that applies in your jurisdiction.
12. Force Majeure
Neither party will be liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, carrier disruptions, or supply chain failures.
13. Disputes and Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us first to seek a resolution. If we cannot resolve the matter, either party may refer it to the competent courts of the Netherlands.

We may update these Terms by publishing the revised version on the site. The version in effect at the time you placed your order applies to that order.
