Most Used Players in FC 25

The first weekend of FC 25 is over and we’ve had plenty of time to test out some new players, but which players have you been using the most? This data has been taken from items on the transfer market, so any untradeable items used in Rush or other untradeables obtainable via SBCs and Objectives are not included.

Honourable Mention: TOTW Lamine Yamal - 569,000 Games Played

Just missing out on the Top 10 is TOTW Lamine Yamal, who is also the most used special card in FC 25 with half a million matches played already! In comparison, his base only had 26,000 matches played. 

10th - Kingsley Coman - 547,000 Games Played

The first player in the Top 10 is Bayern winger Kinglsey Coman. The Frenchman is always an incredible option in Ultimate Team and is proving his value once again in FC 25, we’re surprised at how cheap he is! With Rapid+ and 5* Skills, we can’t believe he’s only 5,000 coins!

9th - Marcus Rashford - 596,000 Games Played

Before FC 25 had even been released the majority of us were eyeing up Rashford for these first few weeks, and that’s before we knew he could be Evo’d! 5* Skills, 89 Pace and Power Shot+, it’s easy to understand why he’s been so used through the opening two weeks! Intro to Stats may only give two boosts, but they’re the best two you could wish for on Rashford, +3 Pace and +2 Dribbling!

8th - Jeremie Frimpong - 612,000 Games Played 

Just sneaking in ahead of Rashford is Bayer Leverkusen winger Jeremie Frimpong. He definitely deserved a higher rating after last season but we can only think that if he’d have been 86, he’d be at least triple the price, if not more! 

7th - Julian Alvarez - 614,000 Games Played 

Julian Alvarez received a monster upgrade after his move from Manchester to Madrid and has been a go to for many players so far. A huge overall boost has meant El Arana has been a mainstay in plenty of ‘starter’ teams. 

6th - Nico Williams - 637,000 Games Played 

Nico Williams set the Euros on fire and was integral to his nation's success this Summer, he was rewarded with a whopping +6 upgrade! Players have been quick to add him into their team even at his huge 147k price tag, the most expensive card in this list! 

5th - Luis Diaz - 644,000 Games Played

We kick off the Top 5 with Liverpool winger Luis Diaz. It’s no surprise he makes an appearance in the list as he was equally as popular with an extremely similar card in FC 24. Just like Nico, the price tag certainly isn’t putting people off!

4th - Antoine Griezmann - 673,000 Games Played

French, Striker, La Liga, Mba… Griezmann. He may be this year’s Mbappe pack troll but you guys have been loving Griezou so far! Nearly 700,000 matches played with the Frenchman so far, with Finesse+ and a False 9++ we can see why. Looks like a fantastic card to use!

3rd - Raphinha - 693,000 Games Played

By the time you’re reading this he may well have passed the 700,000 mark for games played. Despite not having a PlayStyle+, his base PlayStyles are great! Power and Finesse Shot combined with Quick Step and Rapid make for an incredible wing option. 

2nd - Marcos Llorente - 783,000 Games Played

We knew we’d see Marcos Llorente on this list, but the big shock is that he isn’t number 1. Despite getting a downgrade, his card has actually improved in terms of total base stats. He will be everyone's go to CM, CDM, RB and maybe even RW!

1st - Jeremy Doku - 891,000 Matches Played

The only player in FC 25 with more than 800,000 games played is also eyeing up the 900k mark too, being just 9k away. Doku has seen a huge upgrade in Shooting, Passing and Dribbling which make him an ideal winger, and that’s before you can throw him through an Evolution!
