FC 25 Team of The Week 11 Predictions

By Aaron
25-Nov-24 13:46

With players now receiving SIFs, there are five of them to feast upon this week, with big names like Kane and more obscure options such as Biereth making the side. TOTW 11 doesn’t live up to the standard of the previous two sides, but there are still several usable players to get excited about!

Anna Moorhouse - GK - 73 > 83 OVR

Five saves and clean sheet  /  Orlando Pride 1 - Washington 0  /  8.3 Sofascore Rating

Back-to-back NWSL keepers? That could become a reality after Moorhouse made five saves and kept a clean sheet. With this being the final, I fully expect a player to be forced in yet again, and Moorhouse is the only real option. It helps that other goalkeeping options are limited this week as well.

Johan Mojica - LB - 77 > 86 OVR

Goal and assist  /  Las Palmas 2 - Mallorca 3  /  8.1 Sofascore Rating

Defenders with two-goal contributions rarely miss out, and although Mojica conceded twice, his late winner, added to his earlier assist, helped Mallorca secure all three points. He could potentially be one of the featured options with a strong base card to build upon.

Irene Paredes - CB - 88 > 89 OVR

One goal  /  Barcelona 5 - Tenerife 1  /  8.5 Sofascore Rating

We have seen a clear preference for Barcelona players across both their sides. With the division also likely to have a player forced in, Paredes looks to be a strong candidate. She scored one of Barcelona’s five and received a high match rating.

Ramy Bensebaini - LB - 78 > 84 OVR

Two assists and clean sheet  /  Dortmund 4 - Freiburg 0  /  Kicker TOTW

Defenders were few and far between this week, so Bensebaini featuring in Kicker’s TOTW helps out massively. The Algerian provided two assists during the comfortable 4-0 win, alongside contributing to their clean sheet.

Maghnes Akliouche - LM - 76 > 83 OVR

Two goals  /  Monaco 3 - Brest 2  /  8 L’equipe Rating

Just one player managed to receive higher than a 7 from L’Équipe this week, and that award goes to Akliouche. The French youngster looks extremely likely as a result; he earned the 8 for his brace during the 3-2 win.

James Maddison - CAM - 85 > 86 OVR

Two goals  /  Man City 0 - Tottenham 4  /  9 Sky Ratin

It goes from bad to worse for Man City, who made it five consecutive losses with a 4-0 hammering from Tottenham. Maddison scored two of those, both coming early on. He was then awarded MOTM with a 9/10. Porro also stands a chance, but I can't look away from Maddison on this occasion.

Enzo Fernandez - CDM - 82 > 85 OVR

One goal, one assist  /  Leicester 1 - Chelsea 2  /  9 Sky Rating

Ayew scored yet another late goal for Leicester, but the damage had already been done. Enzo has received a lot of criticism recently, but his performance on Saturday showed exactly why Chelsea paid all that money for him. With both a goal and an assist, the Argentine claimed MOTM with a 9/10.

Matheus Cunha - CAM - 79 > 86 OVR

Two goals, one assist  /  Fulham 1 - Wolves 4  /  9 Sky Rating

Cunha was robbed of a spot a couple of weeks ago, but there will be no snubbing the Brazilian this week! Cunha continued his superb form with two goals and an assist, helping guide Wolves to a 4-1 away win over Fulham.

Patrik Schick - ST - 82 > 85 OVR

Hat trick  /  Leverkusen 5 - Heidenheim 2  /  1 Kicker Rating

Leverkusen had an early scare, falling two goals behind after just 21 minutes. However, it was the scare they needed, and they pulled out a sublime performance from that point onwards, eventually securing a 5-2 win. Schick scored three of those, making him an easy TOTW candidate.

Harry Kane - ST - 90 > 92 OVR

Hat trick  /  Munich 3 - Augsburg 0  /  1 Kicker Rating

Kane managed yet another hat trick for Munich this weekend as they beat Augsburg 3-0. The Englishman has been highly prolific for Munich since joining and shows no signs of slowing down. With his POTM card still available for completion, EA could easily snub Kane, but with an iconic dynamic being possible here, I’m leaning towards inclusion more than not.

Clara Mateo - ST - 85 > 87 OVR

Hat trick  /  Fleury 1 - Paris 4  /  9.8 Sofascore Rating

The SIFs are in full force now, and we are likely to see another handful selected this week. One that comes as a certainty is Mateo, after she scored three as Paris won 4-1 away. With a nine-week gap from her first IF, there is no chance of a proximity issue.

Substitutes

Lucas Beraldo - CB - 77 > 83 OVR

Goal and clean sheet  /  PSG 3 - Toulouse 0  /  7 L’equipe Rating

Despite several stars being rested for their home clash with Toulouse, PSG managed to record a comfortable 3-0 win. One player who benefited from the changes was Beraldo, with the Brazilian scoring once and keeping a clean sheet to claim a 7 from L’Équipe.

Christos Tzolis - LM - 75 > 83 OVR

Four goals  /  Club Brugge 7 - St. Truidense 0  /  10 Sofascore Rating

The easiest selection this week comes from Belgium, with Greek winger Tzolis scoring four goals. Brugge went on to complete a convincing 7-0 win as they continue their chase of league leaders Genk.

Bryan Gil - LM - 76 > 83 OVR

Goal and two assists  /  Girona 4 - Espanyol 1  /  9.1 Sofascore Rating

It never happened for Gil in England, but his performances away from the Premier League have always been at a decent level, showing that he has the ability. His performance this weekend saw him provide three goal contributions as Girona went on to win 4-1.

Xherdan Shaqiri - CAM - 73 > 84 OVR

Hat trick  /  Basel 3 - Servette 1  /  9.3 Sofascore Rating

With Freigang receiving her SIF after a four-week gap, I would imagine that is the minimum requirement. We now move on to two players who meet that exact criteria. Shaqiri has been on another level for Basel recently, and his three goals against Servette take him to five goals and six assists from his last five matches!

Ricardo Pepi - ST - 73 > 84 OVR

Hat trick  /  PSV 5 - Groningen 0  /  8.5 VI Rating

The second player under those circumstances is PSV’s Pepi. The American scored three of their five goals as they cruised to a 5-0 home win over Groningen. Realistically, either both make it or neither does, but hopefully, it’s the former.

Hugo Duro - ST - 79 > 84 OVR

Two goals, one assist  /  Valencia 4 - Real Betis 2  /  9 Sofascore Rating

Valencia have seriously struggled this season and sit in the relegation zone as a result. However, a 4-2 win this weekend will help with their survival push, and Duro played a huge role in that, scoring twice and assisting another.

Mika Biereth - ST - 68 > 84 OVR

Two goals, two assists  /  Sturm Graz 7 - Klagenfurt 0  /  10 Sofascore Rating

The final player with a SIF, making it five for the prediction, is a rather obscure one. With Graz recording a 7-0 win, the result does stand out, and with two goals and two assists, Biereth looks to be a safe bet.

Reserves

Josue Casimir - RB - 71 > 83 OVR

One goal, one assist and clean sheet  /  Nantes 0 - Le Havre 2  /  7 L’equipe Rating

Oguz Aydin - LM - 73 > 83 OVR

Two goals, one assist  /  Kayserispor 2 - Fenerbahce 6  /  8.7 Sofascore Rating

Finn Azaz - CAM - 71 > 83 OVR

Two goals, two assists  /  Oxford 2 - Middlesbrough 6  /  9.7 Sofascore Rating

Efthymios Koulouris - ST - 69 > 83 OVR

Hat trick  /  Lechia 0 - Pogon 3  /  9.1 Sofascore Rating

Joaquin Correa - ST - 74 > 82 OVR

One goal, two assists  /  Verona 0 - Inter 5  /  8.5 Gazzetta Rating
