FC 26 Ratings Reload Prediction

Ratings Reload is right around the corner and it’s about time we dropped some predictions for the promo. There’s two ways we see this working, players who didn’t get the rating they deserve coming into FC 26 or those who have started the season off fantastically and deserve a boost. We’ve opted for a mixture of both to cover both bases.

Ewa Pajor

Pajor has been one of the best strikers in the world for the past few seasons and has only continued this fine form since her move to Barcelona. Despite the +1 from FC 25, we still think she deserves higher, especially after a season where she contributed to 57 goals.

Michael Olise

Olise is another we think was harshly done by coming into FC 26. He did get a +4 upgrade but with it came a poor stat upgrade, including a knock to his Pace. We think a decent Pace upgrade should come with his Ratings Reload card.

Julian Alvarez, Heung Min Son, Lucy Bronze and Trinity Rodman have been teased via the FC 26 home screen. With Bronze and Son being confirmed 88 rated with a PlayStyle+. At least that’s who we think they are!

Selma Bacha

Once again Bacha was one of the best defenders in the French division last season and it’s hard to understand why she was given a downgrade. It could potentially be down to OL’s performance in the UWCL, but it seems harsh.

Salma Paraluello

I’ve been pushing for a justified rating for Salma for at least 2 seasons now, after back to back Ballon d’Or podium finishes, the winger still only received a 79 rated card in FC 25. Yes, she did get a sizable upgrade heading into 26, but I still think it should be higher.

Antoine Semenyo

Semenyo has had a brilliant start to the 2025//26 season with 6 Goals and 3 Assists in the first 7 PL matches. He’s already earned a TOTW for his early performances, but should he be even higher, we think so.

David Raum

The RB Leipzig man has started the Bundesliga season in fine form, with 2 goal contributions and 3 clean sheets in the opening 6 games. Just like Semenyo, he’s also been rewarded with a TOTW so far this season and deserves a rating a tad higher.

Cristian Romero

After winning the Europa League in 2025, Spurs’ first trophy for nearly 20 years, we did expect some upgrades from their team. Yes, they did finish 17th in the Premier League, but with a horrific injury record through the season it’s easy to see why. The Argentine was great when he played and was crucial to their Europa League run. The -2 downgrade was harsh and we expect him to be featured in this promo.

Mile Svilar

I will keep banging on about Mile Svilar until he gets a special card and the rating he deserves. Not only has he had a sensational start to this season, boasting the best defensive record in the league by only conceding 2 goals in 6 matches, but he was also the best GK in Serie A last season. Svilar has been one of Serie A’s top performers for over a year now and deserves a rating increase.

Matias Soule

Speaking of Serie A top performers, I’ve included another Roma man in my list, Matias Soule. Both have been incredible this season, I struggled to decide on who to leave out so went with both. Pulisic was another Serie A option I considered, but with him likely to win POTM, I decided to leave him out here.

Kerstin Casparij

Kerstin Casparij has been a fan favourite at Manchester City ever since she signed, and nice to see her finally getting recognition from others outside the fanbase this season. City sit just 1 point off the top after 5 games, with their only loss coming away at leaders Chelsea. Kerstin has been key in each of these games, picking up the Player of The Match award in 3 of those. Moonbeam Barclays.

Jack Grealish

Since leaving Manchester City on loan, Jack Grealish seems to have found his feet again at Everton. It has only been a month but he’s hitting those same levels as he was at Villa, being the main man in the team once again. With no POTM SBC for his win in September, we could see him included here.

Brandon Thomas-Asante

There may be some personal bias here as I’ve been a fan of BTA ever since his Salford days. I felt there needed to be some Championship representation, and with Cov leading the way and scoring 27 goals already this season, Thomas-Asante felt like the obvious choice. Although with his feature in TOTW, I’d offer Haji Wright as a potential replacement.

Moses Simon

Is it an Ultimate Team year without Moses Simon getting a promo card, he’s a UT Cult Hero at this point surely. The Nigerian contributed to 18 goals in Ligue 1 last season and has since made the move to Paris FC where his performances have helped the newly promoted side to an 8th place spot heading into the international break.

Melissa Kossler

To round off my predictions I’ve included Hoffenheim striker Melissa Kossler. The German has only played 4 games this season, but in those 4 is averaging 1 Goal and 1 Assist per game. She’s already equalled her goal tally for last season and surpassed the number of assists recorded.

Who do you think will be in the new promo?
