Using Overmars is Cheating!!

Using this card is game-breaking. I did his SBC for around 450k and play him at LF in a 4321. His normal card was unreal but then I discovered the dead-eye chemistry style. After using him with this his card becomes broken. He scores every time I touch the circle button.

Pace 10/10 - The 95 pace stat on this card speaks for itself. Once he is past a defender they are never catching up. His 89 Positioning (99 with dead-eye) means that he can find space anywhere on the pitch. He times his runs perfectly so a well timed pass can leave the defenders for dead.

Shooting 10/10 - As I mentioned before his standard shooting stats are great but nothing special. But Dead-Eye gives him 98 Finishing, 92 Shot Power and 89 Long Shots. This alongside his blistering pace makes scoring so easy it feels like cheating. He is so composed in 1 on 1 situations and no matter how close the keeper is he always finds a gap to slot it through. When playing out wide he cuts inside and can score from impossible angles. From further out and with a couple bars of power (between 10 and 30 yards) he is capable of finding the top corner nearly every time.

Dribbling 9/10 - Overmars can dribble past players with ease, he is not only quick in a straight line he is very agile and can change directions to beat defenders. The only reason i haven't given him 10/10 again is because of his 3* Skills. That is one of my only criticisms of Overmars because a lot of 4* moves can be very useful to get past people. However his pace and agility do more than make up for this.

Passing 8/10 - I dont consider a high passing stat to be that important for a winger or striker but besides that Overmars is a decent passer of the ball. With the dead-eye chemistry style his short passing is 97 so he rarely misplaces his passes. I dont really do long passing that much but for those that do use it he's decent at them. If you were to play him as a winger and use a tall striker like Ibra or Lukaku he can be used to provide accurate crosses (89) in to them.

Defending 4/10 - Overmars shouldn't be used for defending but on the occasion that he tracks back his pace makes him able to keep up with any attacker in the game.

Physical 6/10 - My second and final criticism of this card is that he is not very strong, a defender can push him off the ball easily but usually Overmars is too fast for them. I gave him a 6/10 because he has very good stamina (91) and only loses 4 or 5 fitness a game.

Overmars is broken!!

Way too underrated!

I did the SBC to get him for just over 300K & couldn't be more happy with this card! He ticks all my boxes exept for 1. I tried in in many different positions: LF, ST, LM & even CAM. I found that in LM he is best but also is pretty good at ST in central formations. But a LF & CAM he wasn't anything very special. I found him to last the full 90 mins every game due to his high stamina.

Very good if you use the good formation

I have used Overmars in a 4231(2) formation on the leftmid position, but in that formation he was pretty average.Then, I used him in a 4321 formation on the leftwing, and he was so good in that formation. Every 1-on-1 situation, with a low driven shot, is a goal. If you have the coins, and you use the good formation, he is definitely a must buy.
