Player Review
82 - PTG
Well, what to begin with. This card, ohhhhhh this fucking card. It's brilliant. I'll tell you why I bought him.
6th of December, and I was looking for a ST to use in Fut Champions. Tried a lot, even with the "tops" one. Used Lukaku, Lewandowski, Cavani, Gabriel Jesus, a lot of strikers that've gone very well for me on FIFA 17, but now, I don't like them. I've tried every single striker (gold rare), unless Luis Suárez. I really like Mbappe and Aubameyang, but they weren't 10/10 either. So I tried Divock Origi. Oh my God.
I use him in a 4-2-3-1 (with 3 CAMs), as the striker obviously. He's fucking insane. However, I used his IF card (that's RM), and it's a fucking ghost. DON'T play with him as a RM/LM. It's just not his position.
After reaching Elite 1 for first time, I decided to do this review. This weekend I played with untradeables and cheap cards on the attack, the aim wasn't doing my record in FC. I was holding a lot of coins for the next weeks, but now, I know that I won't sell this guy because he IS my striker, definitely. Today, I thought. "Let's give thanks to some of my players by reviewing them". Origi is one of this group, and the one who deserves it the most.
This is my team. IF De Gea*; Aurier*, Bailly*, 90 Ferdinand*, Lukaku; Tolisso - IF Goretzka*; SBC Promes*, PTG Coman*, POTM Sané*; Origi. The ones with * means they're untradeable. So after having a million coins waiting, I went for a medium cost striker that is fucking insane. I play him on 7 chem!! And he's amazing!
My suggestion is to apply a "Hunter" on him, or maybe "Hawk". But I think that he already has strength, so let's grow a lot his shooting and pace. So to finish with this introduction, I'll say that my gold rare striker, with Mbappe, is Origi. Definitely. As the level of gold rare, they're my strikers. If they're not in my team, it's because I'll be using an Icon in this position.
• Shooting: Definitely, the most important attribute of a striker. 84 shooting? Hahaha. 76 longshots? 61 curve? Come on EA, it's a fucking lie. Insane longshots, the 80% of them are goals. Very good finesse shot. And then. 87 finishing! Holy crap!! He's CLINICAL and his 88 of attacking positioning are noticed. AMAZING.
• Pace: 88 sprint helps him a lot on the runs. And with hunter, it goes to 99 acceleration, and 98 sprint speed. Incredible.
• Dribbling: So easy to dribble with him, despite it's in 82 and his height is 185cm. It's just that, you can turn around with him in 1 second. 66 balance? another lie.
• Physical: The 87 strength makes him a very complete striker that isn't stopped by the Bailly's. Also, 82 heading. I don't use a lot this stat, but however in the corner he scores a lot.
• 4 star skills: They help a lot to dribble.
• Workrates: High/medium is ideal. Always in the right position.
• PRICE: For 60k, this is the best striker you'll find, surely. He's just broken. FUCKING BROKEN. As I said before, the best non-Icon striker with Mbappe.
• Position: Told you before. He's ST. The inform card is RM, so it's shit. Origi --> Striker.
• Links: He can take part in a TOP Belgium team (Hazard, Lukaku, Mertens, Nainggolan, Carrasco) /// A TOP Bundesliga (Robben, Lewandowski, Vidal, Reus, Aubameyang)
I'll divide this section in cons, and "allegued" cons.
Cons:
• Weak foot: 3*. This is the main con of this card, and I have to admit that I didn't noticed it too much. This weekend, I remember 2-3-4 times that he used his left foot and missed a chance. Considering you play 40 games, 3 failures, are forgiven. His 88 of attacking positioning helps him a lot to be always on the right foot.
• Free kicks: Jus't dont, 45. Too bad.
Allegued cons:
• Stamina: Lie. He can resist the whole game, it's not 78.
• Longshots: It's not 76, it feels like 85 at least.
• Balance: 66, hahaha. I didn't feel it as a con.
