So lets get right into this, he is one of the best CB's from the premier league without a doubt! I partnered him with Bailly in my first weekend league and managed to finish gold 1! i averaged gold 3 in fifa 17 getting gold 1 once and the fact i managed to get it the first weekend i owe it all to Virgil. First off he is strongest CB ive used so far. I used a shadow chem style to boost his pace and defending stats this was better than the anchor because his physical stats didn't need boosting. He easily pushes players of the ball and he also scored a few corners for me. He is fairly fast, this made him getting back to defence from corners more effective and stopped any real counter attack. He's a medium/high WR, however he didn't really go forward an attack, he tended to stay back at CB. Also if you compare him to Boateng both with a shadow, they are essentially the same card! Overall if you are looking for a CB from the premier league i cannot rate VVD enough. For me hes the best!

Best PL CB?

I never really used Van Dijks normal card due tho the fact he has High attacking W/R.I didn't know this card was coming out as the leaked NO.17 was Bakambu but as soon as i saw this card i decided to risk it. All in all it cost me about 50k with items i already had in the club.He's so big and powerful and so hard to get by, he's great from corners at both ends and his High ATW doesn't affect the way he plays....

Just.. OP TANK

First of all, I, like i guess anyone else, didn't expect him to be in SBCs. Virgil Van Dijk, what a player he is. Looking at his card stats you surely expect a very good centre back, but I wasn't expecting one of the best in the game. I've not played with every CB in the game or in the BPL, but I am 90% sure that people will agree on this review.
