The exotic Dedé

Someday in 2016 Jean-Michel Aulas calls Gignac an exotique choice, when Didier Deschamps chose him to the Euro, instead of Fekir or Lacazette. In FIFA17, with his two IFs, the SBC and TOTS cards, I discovered why.

Gignac has a very rare combination of strength and technique, plus a very reasonable pace. And that's what I look for in a striker. I don't need an abusive pace, but I can't play without a solid player in my attack. With 94 strength, 84 aggression and 87 composure, Gignac is definitely that I'll use till the end. And it's not all. Look at the all green shooting stats. 92 finishing! 90 shot power! 85 long shots! It's obviously that Gignac can score inside and outside the box.

Buuuut, my favorite thing about Gignac is his finesse shot. When my opponent give me a space, as small as he is, no matter if is inside or outside the box, I just close my eyes and celebrate, because I KNOW THAT GIGNAC WILL SCORE WITH A FINESSE SHOT. It's inevitable. No goalkeeper can stop him.

So, i don't care about spend 150k in an untreadable card. Gignac will be in my squad till the end of FIFA18. He can play alone, he can play with Lacazette, Fekir or Ben Yedder. He is a beast. And you should build a squad around him.

So overall this player cost me around the 200K mark, this is mainly due to some positions (usually CB) relying on two specific silver players that were price capped like mad in most teams. My best advice for completing these challenges is two-fold: 1) Each team is only asking for 95 chem, which means as long as you get 10 players in position you can have one completely out of it, so finding a cheaper alternative for a cost...

I really thought SBC Gignac would be the perfect French beast striker I needed to complete my squad. Well, let me get straight to the point, he is not.
